$500 & $1,000 promotional voucher – Terms and Conditions

 

1. Promoter
This promotion is offered by InvoCare Australia Pty Limited ABN 22 060 060 031 (InvoCare).

2. Offer
Eligible customers may receive:

  • a $500 promotional voucher to be applied towards Eligible Purchases with a total purchase price between $2,500 and $5,000 inclusive; or
  • a $1,000 promotional voucher to be applied towards Eligible Purchases with a total purchase price exceeding $5,000,

at participating InvoCare memorial parks in New South Wales and Queensland (Offer).

The voucher may only be used as a partial payment towards the purchase of a new memorial and is not redeemable for cash. Only one promotional voucher may be applied per memorial site purchase.

3. Promotional Period
1 September 2026 to 30 June 2027

4. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Offer, a customer must:

  • have cremated remains (ashes) currently in the care of a participating InvoCare memorial park, where the ashes are being held pending interment or memorialisation;
  • the cremated remains must have been continuously held by the participating InvoCare memorial park for a minimum period of 12 months as at the date the Offer is redeemed;
  • receive the promotional flyer and present it at the participating memorial park;
  • purchase a new memorial site or upgrade an existing site at a participating InvoCare memorial park during the Promotional Period; and
  • comply with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Eligible Purchases
The Offer applies only to the purchase of a new memorial site, or an upgrade to an existing memorial site, for the interment and memorialisation of cremated remains.

6. Exclusions
The Offer does not apply to:

  • customers whose ashes have not been held in InvoCare's care for the minimum qualifying period;
  • funeral services or standalone merchandise, including urns and accessories;
  • alterations, repairs or replacement memorials;
  • interment fees, inscription fees, placement fees, installation fees or other service charges;
  • products or services already discounted; or
  • any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount.

The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless expressly approved by InvoCare in writing.

Payment Terms
Standard InvoCare payment terms apply, including a minimum deposit requirement of 20% at the time of purchase. The promotional voucher will be applied to the purchase price of the eligible memorial.

Personal information collected in connection with this Offer will be handled in accordance with InvoCare's Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.invocare.com.au/privacy-policy/

General
Where an eligible purchase is cancelled, refunded or amended such that it no longer satisfies the eligibility criteria or applicable spending threshold, InvoCare may adjust or remove the promotional voucher and revise the contract price accordingly.

InvoCare reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend this Offer at any time before a purchase is made.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
