Terms and Conditions:

These terms & conditions apply to the use of the “Save $1,000 on Memorialisation” vouchers at InvoCare Memorial Parks in New South Wales and Queensland issued by InvoCare Australia Pty Limited ABN 22 060 060 031 (Offer). If you wish to be buried or interred at an InvoCare Memorial Park, you must separately purchase a Memorial Location. 

Acceptance of Terms

The redemption of this Offer confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Promotion Details

1. The Offer can only be redeemed when purchasing a memorial product in any transaction totaling $10,000 (inc GST) or more, when referred to by an independent or InvoCare funeral home, and must be accompanied by a validly issued voucher from the funeral director and funeral home.
2. The voucher must contain the name of the funeral home and a written issue date.
3. This Offer can only be redeemed at InvoCare Memorial Parks, which include: 
       a.   Albany Creek Memorial Park, QLD
       b.   Allambe Memorial Park, QLD
       c.   Broulee Memorial Park, NSW
       d.   Castlebrook Memorial Park, NSW
       e.   Forest Lawn Memorial Park, NSW
       f.    Great Southern Memorial Park, QLD
       g.   Lakeside Memorial Park, NSW
       h.   Lake Macquarie Memorial Park, NSW
       i.    Mt Thompson Memorial Gardens, QLD
       j.    Newcastle Memorial Park, NSW
       k.   Northern Suburbs Memorial Gardens, NSW
       l.    Pinegrove Memorial Park, NSW
       m.  Toowoomba Garden of Remembrance, QLD
       n.   Tweed Heads Memorial Gardens, NSW
   
   
4. Memorial products include plaques, headstones, photos, urns and jewellery. The $1,000 discount is deducted from the total transaction amount of $10,000 or more. For clarity, this transaction amount may include property purchases.
   
   
5. Payment Terms: 
      a.   For pre-need purchases, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is payable at the time of purchase. 
      b.   For at-need purchase, full payment is required.
      c.   If a Memorial Location is used before full payment is made, remaining instalments will be accelerated and payable within six months. Memorials, plaques, inscriptions and interments will only be provided once the full contract price is paid.
      d.   Additional costs: Fees apply for burial  services (e.g. open and close fees), cremation services and chapel services. Refer to our Service Fees and Charges published on each location’s website for further details.
   
   
6. Conditions of Use
      a.  Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
      b.  Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the issue date.
      c.  This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. Only one voucher per transaction can be used.
   
   
7. Booking and Availability
   Bookings for memorialisation must be made in accordance with availability and terms and full terms and conditions of each Memorial Park, including the Payment terms and Service Fee and Charges policy, as published on our Memorial Park websites.

Promotional Period

The Promotional Period is from 12th December 2025 until 31 December 2026. InvoCare reserves the right to modify, withdraw or extend the offer for future purchases without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

InvoCare reserves the right to verify claims and disqualify any claimant who tampers with the process or breaches these Terms. All claims are subject to validation checks. InvoCare’s decision is final, subject to your statutory rights. 

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, InvoCare is not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury arising from participation in this Offer.
