Seniors Week Offer – 20% off eligible interment packages

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion is issued by InvoCare Australia Pty Ltd ABN 22 060 060 031 (InvoCare).

2. Promotional Period
The promotion is available from 11 March 2026 to 30 April 2026 inclusive.

3. Eligible Participants
The promotion is open to members of the public who:

• attend the NSW Seniors Festival Expo at the International Convention Centre, Sydney (ICC) on Wednesday 11 March 2026 from 9am - 4pm and Thursday 12 March 2026 from 9am - 3pm; and
• register their details via the official InvoCare Memorial Parks and Gardens digital registration form at the event.

Employees of InvoCare and its related entities are not eligible to participate.

4. Offer
Eligible participants who meet the conditions of this promotion may receive a 20% discount on the purchase price of the Eligible Interment Package (excluding any items listed in clause 6), where the Eligible Interment Package has a combined GST-inclusive total value of $20,000 or more.

For the purposes of this promotion, an Eligible Interment Package means either:

1. Burial Package: the purchase of
   1. a burial site or lawn burial site; and
   2. one or more memorial products associated with that burial, including a headstone or monument

OR

1. Ash Interment Package: the purchase of
   1. an ash interment site including an ash interment garden position or niche wall; and
   2. one or more memorial products associated with that ash interment, including a plaque,

in each case as listed on the applicable Service and Memorial Prices list in effect at the time the contract is entered into.

For the avoidance of doubt, where the purchase of an interment site includes associated burial or interment rights, those rights form part of the Eligible Interment Package.

5. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the offer:

• the participant must register their details at the InvoCare Memorial Parks and Gardens booth at the NSW Seniors Festival Expo during the Promotional Period;
• the participant must subsequently enter into a single contract for an Eligible Interment Package, with a GST-inclusive value of $20,000 or more by 30 April 2026; and
• a minimum 20% deposit of the total contract price must be paid at the time of purchase. Any required deposit is payable in addition to, and is not reduced by, the promotional discount.

6. Exclusions

• This promotion does not apply to funeral services, chapel hire or related service fees, burial opening and closing fees, government or statutory levies, merchant fees or payment surcharges.
• These excluded items do not count toward the minimum spend and are not discounted.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount unless expressly approved by InvoCare in writing.

7. Transferability
This offer is not transferable and may only be redeemed by the individual who registered their details at the NSW Seniors Festival Expo during the Promotional Period.

8. Locations
The promotion is valid for eligible purchases at participating InvoCare Memorial Parks and Gardens in New South Wales only.

9. Contact and Follow‑Up
Participants who register their interest and provide consent to be contacted will be contacted by InvoCare sales consultants by telephone following the event.

10. Collection and Use of Personal Information
Personal information is collected via a digital registration form and is used for the purpose of: 

• administering this promotion; and
• contacting participants in relation to their expressed interest in the offer.

Personal information is handled in accordance with InvoCare’s Privacy Policy (https://www.invocare.com.au/privacy-policy/) and participants may withdraw their consent to be contacted at any time.

11. General
InvoCare reserves the right to:

• verify the validity of any claim;
• disqualify any participant who tampers with the registration or purchase process or breaches these Terms and Conditions; and
• withdraw the promotion prior to a qualifying contract being entered into, where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
