INVOCARE $750 Discount Voucher Terms and Conditions
These terms & conditions apply to the use of an INVOCARE $750 Discount Voucher, Issued by InvoCare Australia Pty Limited ABN 22 060 060 031.
Using an INVOCARE $750 Discount Voucher means that you accept these terms & conditions.
1. INVOCARE $750 discount voucher can be used once as a partial payment on purchases of a new memorial site of $4,999 or greater in InvoCare Memorial Parks & Gardens only.
2. INVOCARE $750 discount voucher is for the sole use of purchasing new memorial property and not available for use for the purchase of merchandise such as urns, plaques and accessories, and funeral services.
3. INVOCARE $750 discount voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.
4. Only the original Voucher will be accepted. Copies are not valid.
5. INVOCARE $750 discount vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date the $750 discount voucher was issued.
6. Only one Voucher can be used per memorial site. If a claimant wishes to return one or more memorial sites from their transaction, the claimant may return the memorial sites in accordance with the INVOCARE standard refund terms and conditions to receive a refund for the amount of the returned memorial sites. Where there is a part cancellation of a contract that drops the value of the new memorial purchase below the $4,999 minimum purchase, the $750 discount will no longer apply, and the purchaser will need to pay any additional outstanding amounts on the contract.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other special, discount or promotional offer including other vouchers.
8. INVOCARE reserves the right to verify the validity of claims and to disqualify any claimant who tampers with the claim process or who submits a claim that is not in accordance with INVOCARE’S Terms and Conditions. All claims will be subject to the INVOCARE’S validation and verification checks. INVOCARE’S decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. INVOCARE shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
