Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion is offered by InvoCare Australia Pty Limited ABN 22 060 060 031 (InvoCare).

2. Offer
Eligible customers will receive 10% off the purchase price of an Eligible Pre-need Package at Mt Thompson Memorial Gardens, Allambe Memorial Park, Albany Creek Memorial Park & Great Southern Memorial Park, subject to these Terms and Conditions (Offer).

3. Promotional Period
The Offer is available from 26 June 2026 to 26 December 2026 inclusive (Promotional Period).

InvoCare may withdraw or amend the Offer at any time prior to purchase. Any changes will not affect contracts entered into during the Promotional Period.

4. Eligibility
The Offer is available to members of the public. Purchases are subject to availability at Mt Thompson Memorial Gardens, Allambe Memorial Park, Albany Creek Memorial Park & Great Southern Memorial Park. This Offer is not available for at-need sites. 

5. How to Qualify
To receive the Offer, a customer must:

  • enter into a contract for an Eligible Pre-need Package at Allambe Memorial Park, Albany Creek Memorial Park or Great Southern Memorial Park during the Promotional Period; and
  • pay a minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase price at the time of purchase.

6. Inclusions
For the purposes of this promotion, an Eligible Pre-need Package means the purchase of:

  • an interment site including ash interment site, burial site, lawn burial site; and 
  • one or more memorial products associated with that interment, including headstone/granite, granite vases, additional rights of interment, pre-purchased inscriptions and plaques.

7. Exclusions
The Offer does not apply to:

  • open and close fees or other burial service fees;
  • products or services already discounted; or
  • any other offer, promotion, voucher or discount.

The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

8. Payment Terms
Standard InvoCare payment terms apply (Please speak to our staff or see our website for further details - https://www.greatsoutherncrem.com.au/about-us/payments/).  
No memorialisation, inscription or interment services will be provided until the full contract price has been paid, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Personal Information
Personal information collected in connection with enquiries or purchases will be handled in accordance with InvoCare’s Privacy Policy.

10. General
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, InvoCare is not liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Offer.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
