Rookwood Memorial Gardens

Rookwood Memorial Gardens was established in 1925 and is Australia’s longest serving crematorium and memorial gardens. Rich in history, the Gardens are the final resting place for generations of different cultures. Three ambient heritage chapels offer an ideal alternative to a church service.

A variety of cremation memorial options are available.

Our gates are generally open from sunrise to sunset, 7 days a week. The office is open 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and from 9:00am to 4:00pm on Saturdays.
