Loyalty Stamp Card Policy

1. Redemption Criteria: Every 10th stamp entitles you to a free hot drink. 

2. Variety of Free Hot Drinks: The free hot drink can be selected from any available flavours listed in the "Drinks" section of the Café Menu.

3. Multiple Hot Drinks in an Order: In cases where an order includes more than one hot drink and the 10th stamp is redeemable, the least valuable hot drink will be chosen as the complimentary free drink.

4. Eligibility for Stamps: All drinks purchased from the Memorial Park Cafe are eligible for a stamp.

5. Valid Stamps: A valid stamp refers specifically to those issued by the Memorial Park café .

6. Loss of Stamp Card: We are not responsible for the loss of a stamp card or any records of the number of stamps, even in situations where your stamp card is kept at the store.

Gift Voucher Policy

1. Non-Redeemable for Cash: Gift Vouchers are non-redeemable for cash.

2. Validation Requirement: A Gift Voucher is valid only when accompanied by an authorisation stamp.

3. Lost Voucher Disclaimer: We cannot be held responsible for any lost vouchers.
